A health professional with a thriving practice was having trouble getting her staff to accomplish critical routine tasks. She asked Exceed Associates for help in identifying and resolving the problem. After a short discovery period, we determined that interpersonal tensions among the staff were at the root of the problem. We developed a program based on personality/temperament indicators to help staff members understand each other's behavior patterns. Learning how different personalities communicate and work has helped staff members manage each other and has eased stress in the office, enabling it to work more smoothly. In addition, the professional now has an understanding of what personalities fit in which jobs, and has used that knowledge for making decisions about new hires.

A twelve-year old interior design firm was reeling from a downturn in the economy. The firm's previous way of getting business no longer produced the results it needed. Exceed Associates worked with the firm to define its ideal clients and how to find them more efficiently. During our collaboration, we discovered that the firm didn't always promote itself aggressively and consequently lost business to decorators who lacked extensive professional training.
