We provide expert training services through our vast network of trainers.

Our global capabilities enable us to provide uniform programs for global companies. Workshops are offered in more than 12 languages in 41 countries.

We work closely with our clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and corporate culture. This knowledge and insight is then incorporated into our training and coaching methods.

Our tailored approaches can benefit your organization in one of the following ways:

1.  Customized program development:  Our dedicated highly experienced team works closely with clients to produce and deliver customized programs within the client's time frame.

2.  Customized existing programs:  We work with clients to customize an existing program so that it meets their unique needs.

3.  Implementation of their training:  We routinely provide expert trainers to assist clients in implementing their own training.  Our trainers go through the client's train-the-trainer process to ensure they are familiary with the client's content and approach, and then work with the client to implement the desired training.

Many of our programs have a Train-the-Trainer Certification Process that enables the client's trainers to implement our programs as needed.

Through our alliance partner, New Haven Consulting Group, Inc., we are able to provide our mutual clients with the administrative, reporting and communications functions critical to a large scale project.  Dedicated personnel manage all logistical functions to minimize internal resources, time, and cost.

Our Founder

Liz Kallen graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communication Arts. She helps clients increase their revenue, productivity and people skills.  Liz has developed a sales management program which is designed to increase sales and profitability for companies of all sizes and works with companies to enhance their .

She is an independent consultant with New Haven Consulting Group and is licensed by Coachville, a leading international coaching school, to conduct The Perfect Life and Principles of Attraction programs.  She is an American Management Association faculty member, a co-founder of the Midtown New York City Coaching Center, a member of the International Coach Federation, has served as the Chair of the National Association of Women Business Owners-NYC Entrepreneurs Roundtable Program, and has upper-level leadership, project management and communications training. 

She has been a guest lecturer for City Bar Center for Continuing Legal Education, John Jay College Dispute Resolution and Mediation program, National Association of Women Business Owners-NYC, SCORE - NYC, the Edgewater Business Alliance, the Graphic Artists Guild – NYC and The Learning Annex, among others.

Who We Are

Our team of master trainers have been carefully screened, evaluated and tested as part of our ongoing quality control process.

All trainers are chosen based upon their business experience, subject matter knowledge and academic credentials.

All trainers have a bachelor's degree (or global equivalent) and many hold advanced degrees in management, human resources, psychology and other related areas.
